Looking for a private space to hang your hat and call your own? We have offices in a variety of sizes and configurations that work for both solopreneurs and small teams.
If you’re curious: every office rental comes with a Two Twenty Membership to make use of the whole space.
Book A Meeting Room
Just need a space to host a meeting or two? You can book our our board room or other meetings rooms even if you don’t have a membership*. Reach out to schedule your meeting.
Members and office users get meeting room time as part of your membership - just login to book your meeting.
*NOTE: Non-members can only book meeting rooms during business hours.
Host An Event
Our open coworking space ‘The Commons’, is available for our members to book for events on evenings and weekends. It seats roughly 50 people, and it comes ready with seating, video projector, and a kitchen for food prep.

We spend a lot of our lives at work, and so we believe our work places should be great.
We’ve invested a lot into making the Two Twenty a place that adds to your quality of life - rather than taking from it. Here is a list of some of the Two Twenty’s building features that contribute to a healthy, sustainable workplace:

220 20th Street West
MAIN FLOOR
The bulk of our coworking space is in The Common. When you become a member, you get 24/7 access to this space through a separate door. It contains the shared kitchen space, as well as Phone Booths which any member can use.
The lobby is on the west side of the building, and features multiple displays including a directory, as well as community news & information.
In the rear of the space is the Pioneer Room which is used for meetings, as well as Offices 101-115.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor members have access to extra working space in the South Atrium as well as the Connect Two and Connect Four meeting booths.
The Boardroom is found immediately to your left when you pass through the door at the top of the stairs.
The second floor also has Offices 201-226.
BASEMENT
The Basement is accessed from the steps in the front of the lobby.
Studios A-J are located on the lower level. These spaces are great for creatives who need space and controlled lighting.
