Our Space

We spend a lot of our lives at work, and so we believe our work places should be great.

We’ve invested a lot into making the Two Twenty a place that adds to your quality of life - rather than taking from it. Here is a list of some of the Two Twenty’s building features that contribute to a healthy, sustainable workplace:

  • Lots of glazing to bring in as much natural light as possible

  • High Efficiency Air Filters and UV air purifiers for great air quality

  • A Solar Roof that offsets our electric consumption

  • Touch-free faucets and soap dispensers in the washrooms

  • Dual Flush toilets

  • A composting program for coffee grounds and lunch scraps

MAIN FLOOR

The bulk of our coworking space is in The Common. When you become a member, you get 24/7 access to this space through a separate door. It contains the shared kitchen space, as well as Phone Booths which any member can use.

The lobby is on the west side of the building, and features multiple displays including a directory, as well as community news & information.

In the rear of the space is the Pioneer Room which is used for meetings, as well as Offices 101-115.

SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor members have access to extra working space in the South Atrium as well as the Connect Two and Connect Four meeting booths.

The Boardroom is found immediately to your left when you pass through the door at the top of the stairs.

The second floor also has Offices 201-226.

BASEMENT

The Basement is accessed from the steps in the front of the lobby.

Studios A-J are located on the lower level. These spaces are great for creatives who need space and controlled lighting.
